The challenge
Right Spirits, a fast-growing beverage wholesaler, processed dozens of orders daily via email, phone, and WhatsApp. Every order was manually entered into the system, leading to input errors, delayed deliveries, and dissatisfied customers. The team spent most of their day on administrative tasks instead of relationship management and sales.
The solution
Nodient built an AI-powered order processing pipeline that automatically recognizes, extracts, and validates incoming orders, regardless of channel. The system links orders directly to inventory data and forwards them to the ERP system, with automatic error detection for unusual quantities or unknown products.
Our approach
We started by mapping all order flows and communication channels. Then we developed a prototype that automatically parses email and WhatsApp messages using LLM technology. After validation with real order data, we integrated the system with the existing ERP and trained the team on monitoring exceptions.
