The challenge
Dorstlust wanted a fresh perspective on their operational and commercial processes. As a growing beverage wholesaler, they sought insight into where AI and automation could make the biggest impact on time, costs, and scalability.
The solution
Nodient optimized and automated procurement processes, set up a CRM environment with automations, reporting, and Pipedrive integration, and built ERP integrations with automated data flows. Additionally, we developed commercial automations that instantly identify opportunities and turn them into action — over 18 processes automated in total.
Our approach
We started with an AI Readiness Scan: a comprehensive analysis of commercial opportunities and procurement improvements. Based on the findings, we created an 8-month roadmap with implementation on two fronts — operational and commercial.
