The challenge
Brand Venture, active in brand distribution and brand management, spent hours each week manually compiling sales reports and market analyses. Data was scattered across multiple systems and spreadsheets, leaving the team without a current overview of performance by brand, channel, or region. Decisions were based on outdated figures.
The solution
Nodient developed an automated reporting and analytics system that centralizes data from all sources and processes it with AI. The system automatically generates weekly performance reports, flags anomalies and trends, and provides a real-time dashboard where the team can immediately see how brands are performing.
Our approach
We started with an inventory of all data sources and reporting needs. Based on that, we designed a data model combining sales data, marketing data, and financial data. The system was delivered in phases: first data centralization, then automated reporting, and finally an interactive dashboard with AI-driven insights.
